You agree to be bound by the Terms of Service when you purchase a Ring product or otherwise use the Services, as further described below. Ring may make changes to Terms of Service from time to time. Ring will publish the changes at the Site. Usage is based on one-minute increments: For every one minute of use or less, customer shall be charged for the full minute. Additional charges may apply for calls made through public telephones. Additional charges may apply for calls placed through a Toll-Free number. A disconnection may occur due to the quality of certain cellular or telephone networks beyond our control. Rates may vary based on rate plans assigned to each customer; Minutes advertised are subject to change without notice. Please contact customer service for greater detail. Liabilities are limited ONLY to the value of the card or any other service purchased by the customer.  We are not liable for any Service failures. Except as otherwise expressly provided herein, We and Our affiliates, authorized distributors, Clients, partners, directors, officers, members and employees are not liable to You or to any third party for any costs, liabilities or damages arising either directly or indirectly from any cause, action or claim relating to the Service, the Website and/or the telecommunication services underlying the Service, including without limitation any actual, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive, reliance or special damages, or for any claims for loss of revenue, lost profits, lost use, data, or goodwill or for lost business opportunities of any kind or nature whatsoever. These limitations apply even if the damages were foreseeable or We were told that they were possible, and these limitations apply whether the claim is based upon contract, tort, statute, fraud, misrepresentation, or any other legal or equitable theory. We will not be liable for any damages if the telecommunication services underlying the Service are interrupted, or if there is a problem with the interconnection of the Service with the service, products or equipment of some other party. This section will survive the expiration or termination of the Agreement. Calling Card is not refundable under any circumstances. Card/service will expire if they’re not used for 12 months. Ring reserves the right to charge fees, surcharges and/or membership fees at any time upon without prior written notice to you. Ring  has the right, without any liability, to refuse to provide, restrict, limit, change, remove, disable, suspend and/or interfere or interrupt the Services or any part thereof, at any time and without any prior notice to you, for the repair, improvement, and/or upgrade of the Service, or for any of the reasons for termination set forth in the Terms of Service, or any corporate or business reason. The Services do not and are not intended to support or carry emergency calls to any type of hospitals, law enforcement agencies, medical care unit or any type of emergency services of any kind and Ring is not liable in any manner for such calls. In the event that, with your permission, another user uses your Account, you are responsible to inform that user that the Services do not support or carry emergency calls. You must ensure that you, or anyone using your Account/Device, have alternative arrangements for making any such calls. You acknowledge and agree that if Ring is unable to provide the Services as a result of a force majeure event, Ring will not be in breach of any of its obligations towards you under the Terms of Service or otherwise. A force majeure event means any event beyond the control of Ring.
